Customer Testimonials:
These are just a few of the comments we have received from our customers:

As a
company providing business Internet services, our philosophy is to
"under promise and then over deliver" on services, price and support.
We got started in the hosting business in 1998 and have been through
several hardware vendors. None of them really understood the unique
needs of our business and its models.
We
approached Integrated Solutions and Systems to have them build our
servers early in 2002. They offered us a new design that precisely met
our needs with more performance for less money than we had been spending
on our existing brand name servers.
Integrated Solutions and Systems builds all of our servers now with a
clear and thorough understanding of our need for reliable,
high-performance systems. At the end of the day, our servers are much
faster, cost less and are more reliable - all of which adds to our
overall profitability.
We had a
major cooling failure at the data center where some of our servers were
co-located during Hurricane Isabel. What ensued were four days without
cooling and an ambient temperature of 134 degrees F! Many of the brand
name servers failed during this time. The servers made by Integrated
Solutions and Systems just kept on running. Most of these were Dual
Athlon machines with built in 3Ware based mirrored disk arrays.
We
contacted Integrated Solutions and Systems right after the hurricane and
they built us new machines in record time to replace the brand name
machines that failed. Integrated Solutions and Systems now has a
customer for life.
Don‛t
believe the hype surrounding the big brand name computer companies; you
will pay more for less computing power. Talk to Integrated Solutions
and Systems about your requirements, They will promise you something and
over deliver - just the way it should be in today‛s world.
Vince Fennell, Medical
Director of Imaging, Northridge Hospital Medical Center
About one year ago,
tired of waiting for my pc to process large photographic images (300 -
500 MB), I had a dual Intel xeon machine constructed by a local business
computer company with an apparently good reputation. This machine had 2
Xeon processors, 4 GB of RAM and a bunch of very high speed SCSI hard
drives. I had great expectations. I was sadly disappointed ,and despite
numerous attempts to make it work and not slow down on large projects,
crash, etc., no significant progress was made. I knew that this couldn‛t
be right. I subsequently learned that I was correct in this belief.
By happy coincidence
a close family member works for Integrated Solutions and Systems in
Colorado Springs. I had a chance to meet Seth Bardash, one of the
partners of Integrated Solutions and Systems in Colorado and explained
my problem. He shook his head and agreed that something was amiss. I
sensed in Seth a great depth of knowledge of computer architecture, and
strong beliefs in his abilities to produce first rate machines. He
suggested a number of possible solutions. I shipped him my Xeon machine
for testing and analysis. He was appalled at the poor workmanship and
suboptimal performance. After much discussion, and lots of emails, I
decided only a fresh start would be acceptable. I told him what I wanted
to use the workstation for and we decided on a dual Opteron 250
architecture, 4 GB registered RAM, a 4 disk RAID 0 array, a 2 disk raid
1 array for backup, and we made use of 2 of my fast SCSI drives for the
operating system and for programs. We used my existing optical drives.
I took delivery of the
the machine and to say I am satisfied is a gross understatement. It is
stable, rock solid, and amazingly fast in all operations, especially
with large files and with multiple simultaneous processes. I opened the
case and took a look. The interior was surgically clean and neat with
all connections dressed, etc. More than just appearance was involved as
Seth and his associates had configured the hardware and software
specifically for my imaging needs. It delivers the goods, day after day.
I am completely
delighted with the level of quality and service provided by Seth and his
staff at Integrated Solutions and Systems. They are always available and
helpful with the inevitable learning curve for the user. I recommend
them without reservation for any general or demanding computer building
project. I will use them again and have already told my many associates
about their professionalism and superb performance.
Chad at Cal Tech University:
"When I first called
Integrated Solutions & Systems, I was gathering
quotes for a very large cluster of machines. However, instead of telling them how many machines I was
looking to purchase, I asked for a quote for only 1 machine. Even though they thought I was only
interested in 1 machine, they spent over an hour explaining hardware details and differences to help me
make the best choice. This personal touch and excellent knowledge is one of the major factors I purchase
our workstations from Integrated Solutions & Systems.
Ever since then I have been purchasing high performance workstations
running Linux for the Applied and Computational Mathematics Department here at Caltech from
Integrated
Solutions & Systems. I am very happy with their performance and so are the researchers who use them." -

"The new AMD based system I purchased from
Integrated
Solutions and Systems is superb. It has outperformed any expectations I had. The staff is very knowledgeable and was
willing to work with me during the ordering process, ensuring I received exactly what would meet my
needs. They spent time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the hardware I was looking at,
oftentimes leading to my changing my mind (for the better) on hardware items. There was no pressure
placed upon me by the staff during the process, allowing me to take the information given to me by them,
as well as information obtained on my own, and make my own decisions about what would precisely meet my
needs .
The system is outstanding, the staff is friendly and helpful, the
service I received during the process was excellent, I would do business with
Integrated
Solutions and Systems
again."

"You can see the systems in the foreground
in their portable rackmount. The extra stuff at the top of the rack is a network switch, 2 KVM switches,
and a digital audio mixer. The large plasma panel and projection screen in the background are displaying
output from the racked Athlons. You can also see one of the 3 video cameras (above the plasma display)
that we had in the booth. This picture was taken before the show opened so it's a little more messy than
it was once we got everything cleaned up for the masses.
Bottom line is that the new systems worked great."
